Behind Enemy Lines In America

In the American Military, One of the Worst things is to be Cut Off Behind Enemy Lines.

In that case there is something called the Code Of Conduct.
In the Code is a set of Lawful Orders of how to Act, What actions to Take.
Actions in Two Sets: One to take while free, Unless and Until Captured; and the Second IF Captured.

While Still Free You Must First Survive, then Second Evade Capture.
If Captured You Must Resist, and Escape or Assist Others to Escape.

This is called SERE: Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape.

During All this One is Lawfully Ordered to Refuse Comfort and Aid from the Enemy.

This Country America was founded by People that already had the Ancient Common Law.
They Had Been brought into Subjection by William The Conqueror in 1066 AD, to Torment by A Monarch. And the "Divine Right Of Kings" a Holy Roman Empire / Pope Enforced Slavery contrary to the Liberty proclaimed by the Almighty in the Old Testament and Reaffirmed in the New Testament.

The American Declaration of Independence, was a Return to The Ancient Common Law in toto by Overthrowing the "Divine Right Of Kings" a Doctrine of AntiChrist or AntiAnnointed. "... it is the Right of the people to throw off ... no, it is the right and the duty of the people to throw off or as we say today overthrow ..." (Paraphrase Mine.)

The Constitution Has No Meaning but a declaration of Delegated Powers to a Lower (Not Higher) Agent to take action on behalf of the Principle (In this case the States and the People) AND must flow from the Ancient Common Law.

So an Oath to Defend the Constitution is an Oath to Keep the Agent within the Ancient Common Law.

All Orders that Don't Come from And Follow the Ancient Common Law ARE UNLAWFUL ORDERS and to be Resisted to the Death. (See the UCMJ for a partial following of this principle.)

Since so long a train of actions by agents in the Federal Government, Civil and Military, have been the Giving of and the Following of Unlawful Orders, You Are Behind Enemy Lines In America.
